🛍️ Orders & Shopping

1. How do I place an order with ZIORF?
Simply select your desired product, choose the size (if applicable), and click “Add to Cart”. Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase securely.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Order changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of purchase. Email us immediately at support@ziorf.com.au.
Once dispatched, no changes can be made.

3. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! All ZIORF jewellery is elegantly packaged. You can also add gift packaging and a personalised message during checkout.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery (Australia Only)

4. Do you ship outside Australia?
Currently, we ship within Australia only.

5. What are the shipping charges within Australia?

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99

  • $6.95 for Standard Shipping below $99

  • $12.95 for Express Shipping

6. How long will delivery take?

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
    Remote areas may take slightly longer.

7. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

8. Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
For hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

9. Can I return earrings?
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

10. What if I received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ziorf.com.au with photos/video as proof. We will inspect and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

11. Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are only refundable if ZIORF is at fault.

12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

13. Are the prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST.

14. Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later options?
If you’d like, we can enable Afterpay/Klarna. Would you like it added?

15. Are ZIORF products real gold?
Our jewellery is made with premium-quality materials, including gold-plated, 18k gold vermeil, stainless steel, and other luxury finishes. Product details are listed on each product page.

16. Will the jewellery tarnish over time?
With proper care, your ZIORF jewellery maintains its shine for a long time. We use high-quality plating and protective coatings. Refer to our Jewellery Care Guide for best results.

17. Are your products hypoallergenic?
Yes—our jewellery is made with nickel-free and skin-safe materials suitable for sensitive skin.

18. Do you offer warranty?
Yes, we offer a 30-day manufacturing warranty on all products (excluding damage from misuse, wear and tear, or water/chemical exposure).

19. Can I shower, swim or exercise with the jewellery on?
We do not recommend exposing jewellery to water, sweat, perfumes, or lotions as it may reduce the life of the piece.

20. How should I care for my jewellery?

  • Keep away from moisture and chemicals

  • Store in a dry, cool place, ideally sealed

  • Wipe with a soft cloth after wear

  • Store pieces separately to avoid scratches


🎀 Gifting & Packaging

21. Do you provide a gift receipt?
Yes, upon request we can include a gift receipt without pricing details.

22. Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Absolutely! Add their delivery address at checkout and include a personalised note.


📏 Sizing

23. How do I know my ring size?
Refer to our Ring Size Guide for measurement instructions and AU/US size conversion.

24. Can bracelets be adjusted?
Some bracelets come with adjustable chains; details are listed per product.


🛠️ Customisation

25. Do you accept customised or personalised orders?
Not at this moment. Custom engraving and personalised jewellery may be introduced soon.

26. My parcel is marked ‘delivered’ but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Check with neighbours, building management, or the post office. If still not found, email us within 48 hours for assistance.
