At ZIORF, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, quickly, and with complete transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders within Australia are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been dispatched.


🚚 Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Standard Shipping (Australia Post) 3–6 business days Free on orders $99+ (or $6.95 flat rate)
Express Shipping (Australia Post Express) 1–3 business days $12.95

Delivery to remote or regional areas may take an additional 1–3 business days.


📍 Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via SMS or email.

  • Track your parcel using the Australia Post tracking portal.


🎁 Packaging & Gift Orders

  • All products are securely packed in premium ZIORF jewellery boxes to avoid damage.

  • Gift packaging and personalised messages are available at checkout.


🧿 Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels

  • ZIORF is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Australia Post or external courier services.

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with photos and your order number so we can assist you.


🔄 Change of Shipping Address

Need to update your delivery address?

  • Email us within 2 hours of placing the order at support@ziorf.com.au

  • If the order has already been shipped, address changes will not be possible.


❗ Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery:

  • Re-shipping fees will apply, or

  • You may request a refund (excluding the original shipping cost)
