This Return & Refund Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions for purchasing products from ZIORF. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
ZIORF is committed to ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be accepted.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, certificates, and tags intact.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order to initiate a return request.
Returns for “change of mind”, incorrect size selection, or personal preference are not accepted due to hygiene and product handling standards for jewellery.
🧿 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns

Customised, engraved, or personalised jewellery
📸 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product is damaged, faulty or you received the wrong item:

Provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Upon review and approval, we will provide return instructions or issue a replacement/refund.
ZIORF reserves the right to inspect the item before confirming any remedy.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges for size or preference are not permitted.
If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
💰 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where ZIORF is at fault.
🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a ZIORF error (faulty, damaged, incorrect item), return shipping costs will be covered by ZIORF.

If the return does not meet the approved conditions, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and the return may be rejected.

ZIORF reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if:

Items are returned used, worn, damaged, altered, or without original packaging/certificates.
