We make every effort to display product colours, materials, and descriptions accurately.

Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen resolution and do not constitute defects.
4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.

ZIORF reserves the right to update prices at any time without notice.

Orders are only accepted once payment has been successfully processed.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Customers may request an order modification or cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn’t been dispatched.
6. Shipping & Delivery (Australia Only)

We deliver Australia-wide only.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or regional locations.

Once dispatched, ZIORF is not responsible for courier delays, missed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by third-party providers.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain items are non-returnable unless faulty.

“Change of mind” returns are not accepted.

8. Warranty

ZIORF offers a 30-day manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, wear and tear, exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, or improper care.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
9. Intellectual Property

All images, product designs, text, trademarks, and content on the ZIORF website are owned or licensed by ZIORF.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any material without written consent.
10. Gift Cards & Discount Codes

Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for the period stated at purchase.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after purchase.

Only one discount code may be used per order unless specified otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIORF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
